When one case has to carry everything — a family holiday, a long relocation, kit for the whole trip — the Extra Large Hardshell Suitcase is built to take it. It's the biggest case in the range, built from the same aerospace-grade UltraMatrix shell as the rest of the Mous lineup, so the extra capacity doesn't come at the cost of the durability the range is known for.

Built around the same UltraMatrix^® shell as the rest of the range: a woven, self-reinforced polypropylene composite that flexes under impact instead of splitting, developed using techniques drawn from aerospace composites. Steel hardware handles the load-bearing fixings, with spare screws included for at-home repairs. The rear pocket uses a rugged 600-denier polyester built to take daily wear.

Covered by Mous's 25-year Limited Lifetime Warranty. Wheels, handle, lock and badge are designed to be swapped at home with basic tools — spare screws are included. Anything that can't be fixed at home is covered for repair or replacement under warranty terms.
