• It’s easy to redeem and there are no additional processing fees. A Mous gift card is your go-to solution when you're not quite sure what will make them smile – or if you've left it last minute! We won't tell.
• Our gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Recipients can check their balance online anytime and can use it against multiple purchases while there is sufficient balance remaining.

Can you send the gift card email directly to my recipient?
No. We will send the gift card email to the email address used to place the order. This is separate to your order confirmation email and will be received a few seconds later. You can then forward it on to your chosen recipient, or print the email/voucher and give it to them yourself! Please note we do not ship physical gift cards.

Can I purchase a gift card using a discount code?
No, it's not possible to use a discount code when purchasing a gift card and they will not be offered at a discounted rate during sale periods. However a discount code (if valid) can be used on an order when a gift card is redeemed.

When do Mous gift cards expire? Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and recipients can check their balance at any time using the link provided in the gift card email. Your gift card code can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining.
