As a Technical Accountant at Mous, you’ll be joining a close-knit Finance team where you’ll take ownership over technical accounting and tax for the business. As such, you’ll be heavily involved in month-end reporting, preparing annual financial statements and in meeting all international tax compliance requirements as the business continues to grow. You’ll work collaboratively with every department across the business and will be supported and mentored by both your team and the Co-Founders themselves. You will report to our Senior Finance Manager (ex-PwC), whilst receiving initial training from our Finance Manager (ex-KPMG.)
As a Finance Assistant at Mous, you will be supporting our Senior Finance Manager (ex-PwC) and Finance Manager (ex-KPMG) in multiple areas of Finance, notably, cashflow management and financial reporting. Your initial priority will be to improve existing credit control processes, ensuring retail customers pay within their agreed terms, improving Mous’ liquidity - a priority for any start-up. You will also be instrumental in improving cashflow forecasting, providing important data to the wider team. In the long term, you will be managed by the Technical Accountant, assisting them in various administrative accounting tasks with each month providing new challenges! You’ll gain a broad understanding of what it means to work in Finance in a dynamic, rapidly growing start-up.

As an Online Marketplace Executive at Mous, you will become an expert in marketplace management. Working across eBay, Newegg, Amazon and Etsy in numerous geographical regions, you will manage pricing, stock levels, copy, financial reporting and our outsourced Customer Service team. It is crucial that our marketplaces are continuously optimised to yield the best results. In order to do this, you will use unique strategies to boost Mous’ search rank through keyword analysis and marketing initiatives by assessing and modifying Amazon ads. You will also be responsible for sourcing external partners to manage certain international marketplaces, negotiating pricing, terms, processes and preparing contracts. As you familiarise yourself with the nature of online marketplaces, you will begin to research new markets, formulate market entry strategy and then launch Mous into new global marketplaces. In a highly entrepreneurial role, you will get unlimited exposure to running a business within a business! Graduate Digital Marketing Executive – French Speaking24/04/2019
As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive - French Speaking at Mous, you will gain incredible exposure to two key areas of digital marketing: copywriting and reporting. As we continue our trajectory into large secondary markets, you will be instrumental in the translation of digital content across our online channels and e-commerce site. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure translated copy effectively communicates brand tone of voice and intended meaning.
